CONTEST RULES
1. Contests are open to all listeners. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
2. Participants are eligible to win one prize per household every 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. To participate in any contest, you must call the studio line at 740-392-9090 unless otherwise specified. WNZR is not responsible for any technical or mail difficulties. For example, a call being disconnected; or late or misdirected mail.
4. Student prize basket contest is open to all ages 11 to 17. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone. Participants do not need to be present to win. Prize baskets may be picked up at the festival/fair or at WNZR studios. Employees and immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, or child) of WNZR or MVNU Admissions are ineligible for this contest.
5. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred, and WNZR reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of comparable value. No warranties are expressed or implied with any prize, and all prizes are offered "as is."
6. Any additional costs related to prizes or incurred, as results of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the prizewinner. Any and all federal, state, and local laws apply to contests.
7. Prizes other than tickets, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up at WNZR's offices within 30 calendar days of winning the prize. Winners living 30 miles or more from WNZR's offices in Mount Vernon may, upon request, have their prize mailed to them.
8. Concert ticket prizes will be available at the concert "will call" one hour before the starting time of the concert unless otherwise specified.
9. Employees of WNZR, volunteers and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
10. WNZR reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time. Decisions of WNZR are final.

WNZR 90.9 FM’s “On The Road With Big Blue” Contest Rules:
1. Participants are eligible to win one prize per household every 30 days. This WNZR contest is open to everyone, including listeners who have won on-air contests in the last 30 days.
2. Only one registration per person, per day will be accepted. (For example, you may NOT register online and in person on the same day. Both forms will be disqualified.) The registration form MUST be filled out completely.
3. Kids prize basket contest is open to all ages 10 and under. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone. Participants do not need to be present to win. Prize baskets may be picked up at the festival/fair or at WNZR studios. Employees and immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, or child) of WNZR are ineligible for this contest.

6. You may enter this contest through September 7, 2024, at 7 p.m. by visiting the designated WNZR broadcast locations during the “On The Road With Big Blue” summer promotion of 2024. You may also register online, or by calling 740-392-9090 and requesting a registration form by mail.
7. WNZR is not responsible for any technical or postal service difficulties (i.e. a disconnected call, a busy signal, a lost e-mail, or late/misdirected mail).
8. There are three designated locations of “On The Road With Big Blue” where these rules apply:
Knox County Fair (July 21 - July 27)
Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival (August 8 - August 11)
Fredericktown Tomato Show (September 4 - September 7)

9. During the “On The Road With Big Blue” summer promotion of 2024, adult participants and any members of their household are only eligible to win ONCE at one of the following designated locations: Knox County Fair, Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival and Fredericktown Tomato Show. Previous winners at these designated locations and any other household members (18 and older) will not be permitted to register at the remaining designated locations in the “On The Road With Big Blue” summer promotion.

The Fredericktown Tomato Show — Wednesday, September 4, Thursday, September 5, Friday, September 6 and Saturday, September 7 at 7:45 p.m. Registration deadline is Saturday, September 7 at 7 p.m
12. At these specified times, WNZR begins drawing names. Winners will be drawn at random and contacted by phone at the following events: Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival and Fredericktown Tomato Show. Winners at these 2 events do not need to be present to win.
The Knox County Fair giveaway requires listening to win. If your name is called (in the Knox County Fair giveaway), you have 9 minutes and 9 seconds to call 740-392-9090 (option 1) or come to the WNZR Studios, located on the second floor of Founders Hall on the campus of Mount Vernon Nazarene University to claim the event contest prize.
13. You may NOT send a representative for you or have someone call in for you. The person drawn must be the person present or calling WNZR. Identification will be required to claim the prize. All winners will be drawn at random.
14. Participation in this contest with WNZR constitutes prior permission to use your name, voice, photograph, and likeness in connection with any promotion on WNZR, in social media or in promotional material. WNZR waives any claim of royalty, right, or remuneration.
