Make a difference for generations to come - join WNZR for Starting Point’s “glow-in-the-dark” Prayer Walk Fundraiser.
Though we cannot hold a traditional large group event, here’s your chance to join WNZR and support Starting Point in a NEW way at a NEW time.

Inspired by Matthew 5:16, Starting Point is inviting families and housemates everywhere to “let your light shine” by dressing up in your most creative “glow-in-the-dark” gear to walk and pray in your OWN neighborhood or campus area on Saturday evening, October 3 at 7:30 PM.

The goal is to cover as much of Knox County as possible in prayer for our nation and neighbors during the 7:30-8:30 PM hour on Saturday evening, October 3, 2020.

If you want to help raise funds by becoming a sponsored walker for Starting Point, you will be eligible to receive t-shirts, flashlights, and be entered for prizes from local businesses, including The Alcove and The Grand Hotel. For every $250 you raise, your name will be entered into the drawing. There is also a contest for the most creative “glow-in-the-dark” video clip, so post to your Facebook page that night and tag Starting Point to enter!

Starting Point is a life-affirming ministry that offers a safe, non-judgmental experience for teens, young adults, and families in need of education, material resources, specialized counseling and medical services for issues related to sexuality, unexpected pregnancy, family relationships and reproductive loss recovery.
